The GYROTONIC method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating function movement through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method which coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
GYROTONIC exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breath patterns. Each movement flows into the next allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.

Melt Method

All you need is a foam roller and a yoga mat
Melt Method was developed by Sue Hitzman who did bodywork, much like what I do. She developed self-help techniques using a roller, balls and bands so that her clients could continue the work done on the table. She originally called it ‘hands-off’ therapy.
These simple techniques help restore the body’s connective tissues. You use the roller and balls similarly to bodywork techniques. The band is used to strengthen and connect muscles that are shown to stabilize your body . It is a combination of releasing and strengthening. Relaxing and awakening.
I use Melt Method for my personal maintenance several times a week. I love teaching it and sharing this valuable information to others.
