Manual Therapy…
I offer Manual Therapy (aka Hands-On Healing) for all ages with a wide range of what is going on with your body. Each appointment is unique - there is no set template.
I have worked with my hands doing healing since the late 1980’s. I’ve had many, many trainings and learned many modalities - but what I offer is my intuition integrating with my knowledge.
Each session is unique. It could be very gentle as well as deep work. Fascia is superficial and deep so my hands follow this much of the time. My hands can be deep yet gentle - opening up stuck joints - releasing areas to allow more breath - connecting the body as a whole.
Some of this is all done on the table and some of it incudes a bit of movement as well such as walking, checking out your balance - all that good stuff.
The fundamental modalities that I interweave with are: CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Concussion, Spine/Joints, and more.
